A little piece of something I am working on.

I thought I’d share my sketch for today’s comic with you guys as well as a version of the strip without text. I was really pleased with my giant rat in frame two. It’s rare that things end up on paper exactly as they appear in my head.

Man I'm loving this game. Had to warm up this morning with a little Kratos sketch.

You can thank the Penny Arcade game for the lack of updates. Here is my favorite turtle though. I'll be taking 'Lil Gabe to see this next week and I'm super excited.

I don’t have any sketches today sorry. I thought it might be neat to see what a couple of the recent comics looked like minus the word balloons. I thought both of these had some cool stuff that just ended up getting covered up.

Another Link warm up sketch this morning. His face came out kind of wonky but I still like it.

Kiko has added his logo and we have a finished book cover.

I got carried away with the colors and forgot to make another post. Sometimes when I'm working I just sort of space out. I was having a lot of fun with this one.

Someone in the previous thread suggested that it just be a regular bird and I thought that was awesome. So I took out the crazy bird and just made it a pigeon. I think it’s much funnier this way so thanks for the idea.

Honestly I’m not sure if I even want to touch the background. Kiko just came in and told me it’s done and I trust his opinion a lot. He’s going to work on the logo now. When he has something I’ll post it here.

Got the inks on Gabe and Tycho pretty much done. I'll post another once I finish a few more details and the bird.

I need to get the cover for our fourth book done today and I thought I might let you guys watch the process. The title for the book is “Birds are Weird” and this is the sketch I came up with last night. I scanned it in this morning and my next step will be to ink it. Once that’s done I’ll pass it over to Kiko to design a logo for the title and I’ll work on the colors. I’ll keep posting updates during the day.

I Had to ink my Balthier sketch from yesterday. I tried to fix some of the problems like the giant hands and stuff.
