The second one reminds me a bit of Red XIII but with more wolf features than cat. The scars are a nice touch though look a bit overdone. Unless, of course, his backstory includes a run in with shrapnel grenades or barbed wire.
Not judging. If you saw my D&D chara sketches, you could laugh at their genericness too.
